This Privacy Policy describes how Flixly Anime ("we", "us", or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Collect

Flixly Anime is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• No account required. You can use the App without creating an account or providing any personal information.
• Locally stored preferences. Your watchlist, seen list, liked items, language preferences, and other settings are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or third-party monitoring tools.

2. Third-Party Services

The App connects to the following third-party APIs to provide content:

• AniList (anilist.co) — Anime and manga metadata, ratings, and images.
• Tenrai API (api.tenrai.org) — Anime information and search.
• Kitsu (kitsu.app) — Anime and manga metadata as a fallback source.
• iptv-org (iptv-org.github.io) — Publicly available live TV channel listings, stream URLs, and channel logos.

These services receive standard HTTP requests from your device (including your IP address) when you browse content. We do not send any personal information to these services. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle network requests.

3. Data Storage

All user data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This includes:

• Your watchlist, seen list, and liked anime/manga
• Language and display preferences
• Browse history and filter selections

We do not operate any servers that store user data. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

4. Children's Privacy

Flixly Anime does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require any personal information to function. NSFW content from third-party sources is filtered out automatically.

5. Live TV Streams

The App provides access to publicly available free-to-air live TV streams aggregated by the open-source iptv-org project. We do not host, control, or modify any stream content. Stream availability and content are determined by the original broadcasters and the iptv-org community.

6. Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Internet access — Required to fetch anime/manga data and live TV streams.
• Screen orientation — Used to enable landscape mode for the video player.

We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or files.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
